Refund policy

Our refund policy allows for returns of unopened or unused products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and unused condition. We offer refunds in the form of an account credit or towards another product or service of equal value.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
